Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
All orders are subject to verification before dispatch. We may contact you for additional information if billing and shipping details do not match, or if an order is flagged by our fraud screening. This may add one business day to processing.
We ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders or any other country. Orders to any other destination will be canceled and refunded.
We ship to physical street addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the service you select and your delivery address. The cost is shown before you confirm your order.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin the business day after dispatch. They are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and regional service disruptions are outside our control.
Free shipping applies to every order shipped within the United States. There is no minimum spend and no exclusions, and nothing needs to be entered at checkout. Expedited shipping is a paid upgrade for US orders, and is included at no charge on US orders of 20 vials or more.
International shipping is a flat rate per order, shown at checkout: Canada $26, United Kingdom $32, Australia $42.
Import duties, taxes such as VAT or GST, and any customs or brokerage fees are charged on delivery and paid by the recipient. They are not included in our prices or the shipping charge.
You are responsible for making sure the products you order may be imported into your country. Customs may hold, return or destroy a shipment. Orders held, seized or destroyed by customs are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Orders shipped outside the United States are paid with cryptocurrency, because Zelle requires a US bank account. Transit times vary by country and customs processing and are not guaranteed.
You will receive a confirmation email at the address on your order once your shipping label is generated. Tracking data may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
You can also check your status at any time on our Track My Order page using your Order ID and billing email.
All shipments are dispatched in discreet outer packaging with no product identification on the exterior. Lyophilized compounds are packed to preserve stability in transit.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify a shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment is subject to a new shipping charge. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order will be refunded less the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
Packages refused at delivery are treated as undeliverable and handled under the Address Accuracy terms above.
If carrier tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days, contact us at info@truepharmusa.com with your Order ID and we will open a trace with the carrier. Carrier traces typically take 5–8 business days to resolve.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship the order at no cost to you or issue a full refund, at your preference.
Inspect your package on arrival. Damage claims are covered under our Returns & Logistics policy.
