This Privacy Policy explains how X Master Trading LLC, doing business as TruePharm USA, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit truepharmusa.com or place an order.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, order contents, account credentials, and any message you send through our contact form.
Payment information. When you pay, your card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. We retain only the last four digits, card brand, and the processor’s transaction reference, which we use to identify and service your order.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how visitors find and use the site. These services set their own cookies and receive usage data.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking updates
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- To operate the TruePharm Rewards program if you enroll

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We share it only as follows:
Payment processors. To authorize and settle your transaction, and to investigate disputes and chargebacks.
Shipping carriers. Your name, address, and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
Service providers. Our web host, email delivery service, and analytics providers, each acting on our instructions and limited to what their function requires.
Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or address a safety concern.
Business transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified.
Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
Strictly necessary. Cart contents, checkout state, login sessions, and security. The site does not function without these.

Marketing Email

We retain order and transaction records for at least seven years to meet tax, accounting, and chargeback obligations. Account information is retained while your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for two years. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s default retention settings.
Your Rights

- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep

To make a request, email info@truepharmusa.com from the address associated with your account. We respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute. We extend them to all customers regardless of residence.
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
We use TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from this site. Access to customer information is limited to personnel who need it to perform their role. Payment card data is handled by our processor under applicable card network security standards and never stored on our systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Age Restriction
This site is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact info@truepharmusa.com.

International Visitors
