Regulatory Classification

All materials supplied by TruePharm USA are research chemicals intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or diagnostic products.

No product sold on this site has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any purpose. Nothing on this site is offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition, and no statement here should be read as a claim of any such effect.

No Human or Veterinary Use

Our products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or any in-vivo administration of any kind.

We do not supply materials for those purposes. We will cancel any order where we have reason to believe the material is intended for human or animal administration, or for resale to another party for that purpose.

Buyer Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or an authorized representative of a research institution, and that you are ordering solely for in-vitro laboratory research.

You further confirm that you are equipped to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely and in accordance with applicable law and your institution’s procedures.

Access to this site requires acknowledgment of these conditions before entry.

No Protocol or Administration Guidance

We do not provide dosing information, administration guidance, reconstitution ratios, or research protocol advice, and we are unable to answer questions of that nature.

Determining the suitability, methodology, handling procedures, and safety controls for any research application is the sole responsibility of the receiving laboratory.

Labeling and Documentation

Every vial is labeled for research use only. A Certificate of Analysis covering your order is available on request — email info@truepharmusa.com with your Order ID and we will send the documentation.

Buyer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, use, storage, transport, and disposal of the materials you order.

Certain compounds may be restricted or regulated differently depending on jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of any material in your location before ordering. We do not provide legal advice on this point.

Distribution Limits

TruePharm USA distributes within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders, and we do not export.

Right to Refuse an Order

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the buyer eligibility conditions above are not met, where an order is flagged by fraud screening, or where the intended use appears inconsistent with in-vitro laboratory research. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
